Meg Cabot (born Meggin Patricia Pooch on February 1st 1967) is an American writer , author of novels for teenagers and novels for adults. It is in particular known to have written the series of the Journaux of a Princess , who meets a sharp success in the whole world.
Biography
Meg Cabot was born with
Bloomington, in the
Indiana (the USA), where it grew and makes its studies, before leaving for
New York. After having exerted various trades, in particular that of assistant editor from an university residence in New York, it ends up being devoted fully to its passion, the writing of novels. Its first novel is a Love story historical, entitled
Where Roses Grow Wild , published under the pseudonym of
Patricia Cabot in
1998. Thereafter, it uses this pseudonym to sign other love stories such as
the star of Jaïpur (published in the USA in
1999 and France in
2005 in the collection
Aventures and passions ), as well as the pen name of
Jenny Carroll . Meg Cabot is the author of forty novels for teenagers and adults, of which much became
Best-seller S - most known being those of the series of the
Journaux of a Princess , translated in 37 countries and sold with more than five million specimens.
Meg Cabot shares from now on its time between New York and Key West, where she lives with her husband, that she married in 1993, like with a one-eyed, fore-mentioned she-cat Henrietta.
