The river Medveditsa (in Russian: Медведица) is a River of the Oblast de Tver, in Russia and a Affluent of left bank of the the Volga. Medveditsa is long 259 km, its Bassin pouring extends on 5  570  km ² and its flow are of 41  m ³ /s. It is thrown in the Réservoir Ouglitch, on the higher course of the Volga. The river is a popular place of tourism and leisure.
