Medical mycology
Connect medicine which consists to insulate and characterize yeasts, filamentous mushrooms or mushrooms dimorphic in various liquids or fabrics of human origin with an aim of characterizing the mycologic origin or not pathology.
The principal types of mushrooms responsible for mycoses are:

the Yeast S: Candida spp., Malassezia spp. and Cryptococcus spp.
- Pneumocystis
- Dermatophyte S
- Aspergillus spp and other moulds of medical interest (Fusarium spp., Scopulariopsis spp., etc…)
