Medal national off Arts

The National Medal off Arts (national Medal of arts), with the the United States, is a distinction and a title given to the people selected by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA). It is solemnly given by the President of the United States, it is the highest reward given to an artist by the government in the name of the people of the United States. The medal was drawn by the sculptor Robert Graham.

The National Medal off Arts was endorsed by the Congrès in 1984, on recommendation of the president Ronald Reagan and the president of the Committee one the Arts and the Humanities (commission of arts and letters) with an aim of honouring the artists and the guards with Article.
