McCormick

McCormick is a very former American manufacturer of farm equipment which, after being integrated in the group International Harvester, saw the mark given up in 1968. Repurchased in 1985 by the American group Tenneco-Box it was him even repurchased by the group FIAT New Holland in 1999. On injunction of the American court and European commission of competition, FIAT of yielding the old McCormick sites of Doncaster in England and Saint-Dizier in France.

It is currently the Italian group Argo SpA which has ressuscity the McCormick mark and which is owner.
