Mazaye is a common French, located in the department of the Puy-de-Dôme and the area of Auvergne. Mazaye belongs to the urban surface of Clermont-Ferrand.

Geography

History

Mazaye knew a Gallo-Roman presence revealed by vestiges at several places of the commune. This territory was then the possession of the Montgascon then, of XIIIe at the XVIIe century, that of évéché of Clairmont (approx. 30 km of Mazayes).
