Maxence Larrieu
Maxence Larrieu is a Flûtiste French, born with Marseilles the October 27th 1934.
His/her mother is piano teacher to the Academy. It starts to teach to the very young flute, in 1944, with the Conservatoire of Marseilles with Joseph Rampal, the father of Jean-Pierre Rampal.
It obtains a first Price of flute to the Conservatoire of Paris in 1951 with Gaston Crunelle and a First Price of Chamber music in Paris in 1953.
In 1954, it gains a price with the international Concours of Geneva and Munich.
From 1954 to 1966, he is flutist solo with the Op3era Comique of Paris.
In 1966, he is professor with Los Angeles.
Since 1966, it shares its time between Paris and Geneva where he is professor.
In parallel, it begins a brilliant career from flutist solo, playing in festivals and concerts with the best orchestras of the world as the English Chamber Orchestrated, Zagreb Soloists…
During its rounds, Maxence Larrieu will go in the whole world, Europe, Japan, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, etc
