Max Fuchs
Maximilien Fuchs , known as max Fuchs , is a Historien Théâtre and French writer born with Paris in 1876 and dead the March 19th 1949.
He is the author of fundamental works for the Histoire of the theater in province, like the theatrical Life in province at the 18th century (vol. I: Paris, Droz, 1933; vol. II: Paris, CNRS, 1986) and the Lexicon of the troops of actors at the 18th century (Paris, Droz, 1944). One also owes him of many articles on French theaters or actors and writer S forgotten, as well as a monograph on Theodore de Banville (1912) and a Lexique of the “Newspaper of the Goncourt” (1912).
