Maurice Champagne (1936-1998)

Maurice Champagne is a writer of French language, born with Montreal (Canada) on May 7th, 1936, died in 1998.

He was director of the Ligue of the human rights of Quebec (1970-1978) and deputy minister in charge of the family policy in the government of Quebec (1984-1989).
