Maurice Blondel , born on November 2nd 1861 with Dijon, deceased on June 4th 1949 with Aix-en-Provence, Philosopher French.
Blondel developed a " philosophy of the action" integrating elements of the Néoplatonique thoughts with Modern Pragmatism in the context of the philosophy of the Christian religion. One of these principal ideas is that the action alone cannot satisfy the human ambition of going beyond of the Transfini, which can be satisfied only by God, that it describes like " the first and last principle ".
