Matthew Birir , Matthew Kiprotich Birir , born the July 2nd 1972 with Eldama Gully, is a Kenyan athlete , evolving/moving on the 3.000 meters steeple.
Biography
As much of other Kenyan which shines or shone on the track of athletics, it is resulting from the school St Patrick' S High School based with Iten.Hardly 20 years old, it is selected for the Olympic Games of 1992 with Barcelona on the favorite discipline of the Kenyans, the 3.000 meters steeple. At the time of this race, whose favorite is its compatriot Patrick Sang, it leaves the other Mutwohl Kenyan carried out before preceding its compatriots in the last straight line.
