Matthieu Gore (alias Matt or Matt Houston ) is a singer and producer of R' B of West-Indian origin .

Born the September 30th 1977, Matt discovers the music as of the seven years age; at 16 years, it assembles a group with a friend before launching out in a career solo.Its first album entitled Matt leaves in June 1999, from which am extracted the title I will kill the male .
The album R&B 2 Rue leaves in 2001 and becomes disc platinizes with more than 580.000 specimens sold (this last will be given to him by Joey Starr) and is worth with the artist a Victoire of the music in the R' category B. the individual one of the same name is sold with 700.000 specimens.
Matt leaves a third album, Chant of Battle in 2004. It is certified disc of gold with more than 180.000 specimens. The singer invites many rappeurs, such as Sat and Don Choa of the Fonky Family, Dadoo, Skalde Blase and delegates to a large part of the work of production to the members of his label One The Track.
Matt brings a lawsuit at the recording company of Mr. Pokora (at the time " Matt Pokora") estimating that the pseudonym of this last caused confusion, artists being both labelled " R' B". Matt Pokora was finally returned towards the judge by the Givichy company and was condemned to pour 30000 euros of fine.
A fourth album leaves in May 2006. Heading Phoenix 2006 , one finds the American ambiancor there Big Ali, the artists of the label Joe Houston and VR, the rappeurs Eloquence and Busta Flex, as well as the young person Nathy. Side production, Matt deals with good majority of the album, leaving the remainder to the producers house (Deck, Da Konsepta), like Komplex and Stephan Filey.
In 2007, the rumors of frictions between Matt and its recording company are confirmed by the producing singer/, who reproaches Barclay for not having played his part in the promotion of Phoenix 2006 , in particular while not leaving any individual for this album. On the site of its label onthetrack.fr, it puts in remote loading the title Fuck This Industry , on which he attacks Barclay directly and regrets the lack of musical culture in France with regard to R' B.
June 2007, Matt gains once again a lawsuit, this time against its recording company, and succeeds has to recover its contract whereas it was to be still for 6 years at Barclay. A new title is diffused on its site, Slow Jam , an anthem with the style of R' ballades B of the same name.
