Matric Métalloprotéinase
The matric métalloprotéinases or MMP are Enzyme S which degrade the extracellular Matrice conjunctive fabrics, in particular of the Peau.
There are many types (about thirty approximately):
- intersticielle Collagénase or MMP1: synthesized by the Fibroblast S or the Polynuclear S.
- Stomélysine or MMP3: aui degrades the components of the basal Lame and the elastin.
- Gélatinase or MMP2: who degrades mainly the Collagène of the type I.
