Mathias Sinamenye

Mathias Sinamenye is a politician Tutsi Burundian, former second vice-president of the June 11th 1998 at November 1st 2001.

The June 11th 1998, Sinamenye is named second vice-president in load of the economic and social matters by the president by interim Pierre Buyoya. The first vice-president is then Frederic Bamvuginyumvira. Sinamenye keeps this station until the nomination of a new government aiming at leaving the country the civil war on November 1st 2001. Domitien Ndayizeye becomes the single vice-president then.
