Mathias Ledoux

Mathias Ledoux (born in 1953, dead on March 10th, 2005 with Paris of a cancer) is a scenario writer and realizer of French television. It in particular carried out a green mouse in 2003. He was father of three children (Hake, Anaïs and Gregoire).

On television

Graduate of the school Vaugirard-Louis-Light in 1972, Mathias Ledoux started as a cameraman with ORTF then passes quickly to the realization of documentary, series, credits (like that of the ellipse of Canal+) and of live performances. He takes part thus in the beginnings of Canal+, carrying out the first program, that of the opening of antenna lasting which one sees the president André Rousselet pressing on the button to launch the chain.

Ledoux also films emissions of the Nuls in 1986, and the fence opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics of 1992 with Albertville. One owes him also the collecting in the concerts of Vanessa Paradis to the Olympia in 1993 and of Ben Harper to Bercy in 2000. It also created the preparings of the chain M6 like taken part in the realization of the series Caméra coffee of the duet Bruno Solo and Yvan Bolloc' H. In addition, it turned documentary the Warhol, nothing special in 1990 and the Cinema of Roman Polanski in 2000.

With the cinema

Mathias Ledoux launched out in the cinema by carrying out short films: Eyes opposite the holes , the Return and the Master singer , (nominated with the Césars 1987). In 1991, it takes part in the realization of the Professional secrecy of Dr. Apfelglück with Alain Chabat, Michel Blanc and Josiane Balasko.

It carries out its first feature-length film, a whodunnit, Opposite in 2000, with Jean-Hugues Anglade and Clotilde Courau. It realizes and coproduit its second film, a Franco-British thriller a green mouse ( 3 Blind Mice ) in 2003 with Edward Furlong, Emilia Fox and Elsa Zylberstein.
