The term English matching can result in “correspondence” or “complementarity”.
In the field of the meeting on Internet or via the supports press/classifieds, the matching can include affinities, resemblances or differences which make that two people can correspond or not. The “perfect” matching can thus be regarded as a situation where two people are complementary perfectly.
More and more of meeting places propose a system of comparison by affinities. But the matching is however not new. It is an element founder of the marriage bureaus and meeting places.
