Chefs-d'oeuvre in danger was a television program on the inheritance French created and presented by Pierre de Lagarde and diffused on the second channel of the ORTF of 1962 to 1975 then until in 1993 on Antenne 2.

History of the emission

Following an investigation into the disappearance of a statue in a church, Pierre de Lagarde receives many témoignagnes. From there share the idea of an emission on the safeguard of the French inheritance.

Following this emission were create into 1969 the prices Chefs-d'oeuvre in danger rewarding the safety actions for the French inheritance.
