History

Old OF the GRH (created in 1975 per Jacques Dutertre and Gerard Dressmaker), Master 2 GRH of Dijon was born in 2005 following the Réforme LMD Master II in Human Stock management Co-is directed by Samuel Mercier (Professor in Sciences of management, Directeur of the IAE Dijon) and David Jacotot (University lecturer in Private law).

Objectives

This Master 2, centered on an approach “professionnalisante”, prepares with the performance of duties of responsibility and direction in the field of the human stock management (GRH). It takes the continuation, since 2004, of Human Stock management (created since 1975 by Misters Couturier and Dutertre). The lesson ensured by academics, but also by many professionals of human resources (DRH, RRH, consultants) is directed towards the trades of the GRH and makes it possible to acquire the knowledge and the know-how necessary to the exercise of these trades, while developing the knowledge-being and the adaptabilities to the field work.

Organization

Since September 2007, Master 2 is organized in alternation and accommodates students in contract of professionalisation (a request to accommodate students in apprenticeship contract is in hand for the re-entry 2008-2009). The rate/rhythm of alternation is the following: two months of intensive formation of mid-September to mid-November then three weeks alternation in company and a week at the university.

Association of the graduates of Master (and of)

Association Personnance (). This association gathers more than 300 professionals of Human Resources and (2007) is currently chaired by Helene Saint Martin's day. Association organizes each year a conference and roundtables.
