Massimiliano Fuksas
Massimiliano Fuksas (born the January 9th 1944 with Rome in Italy) is a contemporary Architecte Italy N.
Biography
It founds in 1967 its first workshop and obtains its diploma for the occupation of architect near the faculty of architecture of the Université of Rome “Sapienza” in 1969. Fuksas taught with Rome, Stuttgart, with the Université Columbia with New York, Hanover and the academy of the visual arts with Vienna (until in 1997).
In 1989, it opens its second agency in Paris (France) and in 1996, the third workshop in Vienna (Austria). In July 1998, it is responsible for the architecture of the town of Venice, then he is member of the councils of architectural realization of Berlin and Salzburg. Fuksas is consulting for the Aéroport Roissy-Charles-of-Gaulle in Paris and for a district of trade in Shanghai.
It obtains the national Grand Prix of Architecture in 1999. He was the director of the Biennale de Venise in 2000 which had as a subject “Aesthetics Less, More Ethics”.
