Mass for time present
The Messe for time present is a Ballet created in 1967 at the time of the Festival of Avignon in the main courtyard of the Palais of the Popes. It is an order of Maurice Béjart with Pierre Henry for her choreographic creation. This last required of Michel Colombier to contribute to the development of the instrumental parts whereas Pierre Henry undertook the composition electroacoustic.
This part was a success very as much from the point of view musical, choreographic, that from the commercial point of view. Thanks to this part, Pierre Henry was success near an audience larger than that restricted of the Concrete music (electroacoustic).
