Masayuki Sanada

Sanada Masayuki (真田昌幸), (1547 - 1611) was a Daimyo of the Period Sengoku with the Japan. It was the third wire of Yukitaka Sanada, a vassal daimyo of the Clan Takeda. It is known like a Master of the military strategy and is of this fact admired of many people. Nobuyuki Sanada and Yukimura Sanada was its sons.

After the destruction of the Sanada clan, masayuki placed his clan at the service of Nobunaga Oda and Hideyoshi Toyotomi, then after the death of those engaged the clan with the service of Mitsunari Ishida. For the Battle of Sekigahara, it engaged at the sides of the Ishida clan while it placed his son on the unfavourable side, the service of the Tokugawa, thus the Sanada clan was ensured to survive, the losers being carried out.
