Martin Esslin
Martin Esslin is a writer and Critique English, born with Budapest in Hungary the June 6th 1918.
Biography
Expatriate with his family with Vienna in Austria, it will continue studies of English and philosophy at the University. He begins his career on the scene of the Reinhardt Séminaire dramatic arts , but in 1938, at the dawn of its theatrical career, the occupation Nazi of Austria forces it to leave the country.
It spends one year to Brussels in Belgium before settling in England where he becomes scenario writer and producer for BBC. Martin Esslin promoted with the head of the radiophonic dramatic theater, during the years 1960, it carries out his dream by creating the " theater national" and will direct it until the end of its life.
