Benedictine of Saint-Maur, it had been Bibliothécaire Abbaye of Saint-Germain-of-Meadows.
It made appear the first 8 volumes of the large collection entitled Rerum gallicarum and francicarum Scriptores , 1738 and following years, whose continuation was published by Maur Dantine, Haudiguier, Dom Brial, and who is continued at the 19th century by the Académie of the inscriptions.
It had had share with work of Bernard de Montfaucon, and was form in this large Master with erudite research.
