Marthe Mercadier

Marthe Mercadier , of her true name Marthe Mercadié-Meyrat, is a French actress born the October 23rd 1928 with Paris.

She undertakes a very varied activity, one sees it with the cinema, with the cabaret, on television and especially with the theater. She begins her career at the end from the Années 1940 with the light comedies then becomes then a popular actress thanks to television. Its cinematographic career is odd with its image with more than fifty made films, in majority, during the years 1950-1960. It becomes producing in parallel with the theater and the cinema. It gains in particular a great success with the film And tenderness?
