Marsu Productions

Marsu Productions is a publisher Monegasque of cartoon created by Jean-François Moyersoen in 1986.

In 1986 Jean-François Moyersoen convinces his friend André Franquin of launching albums of Marsupilami, then supporting character of the adventures of Spirou and Fantasio. It is the jackpot: the first album of Marsupilami is sold with more than 600.000 specimens, and this success will not weaken.

In 1992, Marsu productions buys at Franquin the rights of Gaston Lagaffe.
