Campeche (sometimes francized in “Campêche”) is a city of the Mexico, capital of the state of the same name, approximately 170.000 inhabitants.
This city saw its natural wealths, namely the Pétrole and fishes it with the Crevette.
The beaches of Campèche, located on the Gulf of Mexico are not very tempting, on the other hand, the center of the city is more pleasant. One appreciates there the plaza and the parks principal (very animated in evening), the catedral of the design , and the ramparts which are the testimony of the many attacks of the pirates, who reflect in ruin this city.
The strengthened historical city is a good of the world heritage of UNESCO.
Campeche has an airport ( Ing. Alberto Acuña Ongay International Airport , code AITA: CPE).
