Marko Mrnjavčević
Marko Mrnjavčević sovereign Serb (1335-1395), in Serb Cyrillic: КраљевићМарко , Serb Latin Kraljević Marko ; in Macedonian КралеМарко ; Bulgarian КралиМарко ; in French King Marko is the son of Vukašin Mrnjavčević into Serb Cyrillique (Вукашин), the founder of the Serb dynasty of the Mrnjavčević into Serb Cyrillic (Мрњавчевић), their kingdom had as a territory the Macedonia, the North of the Greece and the South-west of the current Bulgaria. Their capital was the town of Prilep. King Marko is also the nephew of Stefan Uroš V second emperor of Serbia.
the kingdom of Marko was destroyed in 1371 by the Turkish S after the defeat of the Maritza. The father of Marko was killed during the battle and Marko became vassal Turks. He died at the time of the Bataille of Rovine.
The family of the Mrnjavčević had as a ground of origin the Herzégovine, immediately after her death it was celebrated through songs and poetry by all the medieval Serb grounds, like in Bulgaria.
