Marital mediation
The marital mediation is distinguished from the family Médiation by the context. It relates to the relations between joint (grooms or not) without children. One tends has to name family Médiation that which is led in the situations with couples having children, even if in the facts, the children are not received by the mediator.
Situations
The marital mediation interests the couple, with or without children, in the situations of separation or search for re-establishment of a degraded or broken communication.
However, in a precise way, one calls marital mediation the process of Médiation which implies people without child . Since it is about a mediation where children can be concerned by the decision which their parents will take, it is about a family Médiation.
In the situations where the couple manage from there to decide separation, the Médiateur accompanies mainly a Négociation on stakes of the material type.
On the legal level, if it is about a mediation in the course of legal procedure, the same relative texts with the civil mediation, i.e. family, apply.
