Thereafter, collaborating during 11 years in the High council of the Francophonie and the International organization of Francophonie (OIF), it attempted to show the importance of the identity referents and the objectives of Cultural diversity.

  • the action in the communities and the artistic and cultural organizations (public and deprived, sectors merchant and noncommercial): As a council and an expert, by considering that the politico-administrative actors and the managers in the sector of the culture must act within frameworks of constraints, systems of action, it applied the strategic step developed by the team of CSO (Mr. Crozier and E. Friedberg). A pragmatic method and concretes to make choices according to the relevant environments, to structure and manage as well the public action as the companies and the cultural projects.
