Marina La Rochelle

The the marina of the La Rochelle , largest Marina of Europe is composed of 3 distinct sites:

  • the Old man-Port of the La Rochelle, with its 3 basins:

    • the harbor of stranding, surrounded of the famous towers of the La Rochelle: tower of the chain and holy turn Nicolas.
    • the basin of the yachts, or small wet dock.
    • the old basin of the trawlers.
  • Port-Nine
    • zone with flood with 65 boats moored on buoys
    • zone with ground with a hangar of storage of 45 places out of 3 stages
  • the Port of Tiny the
    • basin of 3600 places (4900 places from here at 2009)
    • artisanal zone with ground
    • layby to ground for the monotypes of sport

Every year, in September, is organized there the Great bulwark, Nautical trade fair with floods. On the whole, 120 nautical demonstrations are organized each year on this site.

Its management is ensured by the municipal Régie of the marina of the La Rochelle.
