Marie of the Annunciation of Deux-Siciles married the October 16th 1862 the archduke of Austria Charles-Louis de Habsbourg, it was his second wife.

Four children come from this union:

• François-Ferdinand of Austria

• Otto of Habsbourg-Lorraine (1865-1906)), in 1886 it married Marie-Josèphe of Saxony (1867-1944)

• Ferdinand of Habsbourg-Lorraine (1868 - 1915), in 1909 it married Berthe Czuber (without posterity)

• Marguerite of Habsbourg-Lorraine (1870 - 1902), in 1893 it married Albert of Wurtemberg (1865 - 1939) (without posterity)
