Marie Pélissier

Marie Pélissier (or Pellissier), born in 1707 and deceased in Paris on March 21st 1749) is a French singer of opera.

She begins with the Concert of sacred music in 1726 and plays the first parts, in particular in the operas of Jean-Philippe Rameau. She will undergo there the frightening competition of Nicole the Moor

She was the mistress of François Francœur and collected the adventures in love, until her retirement in 1741.
