Marie-Helene Aubert is a political woman French born the November 16th 1955 with Nantes (Loire-Atlantique), member of the Verts.
Biography
Marie-Helene obtained an English license with the Université of Turns, before obtaining a Control and CAPES in modern letters in this same university.
She was regional adviser of the Center of 1992 with 1998 and appointed 4th district of Eure-et-Loir of 1997 with 2002, reaching the post of vice-president of the National Assembly of 2001 with 2002.
At the time of the Federal Parliament of Nantes of the Green , to the autumn 2002, it led, with Christophe Porquier, motion “Rénover now” which made 18% of the votes of the members.
Stimulating of a motion which does not arrive that in 4th position it fails in its candidature for the national secretariat announced for the summer 2002. It is nevertheless one of the four spokesperson of the Verts until its election with the the European Parliament in June 2004.
The June 13rd 2004, it led the list of the Verts in the Western interregional district (Brittany, Pays of the Loire, Poitou-Charentes) and, for this reason, was elected with the the European Parliament
It is member of the committee of sponsorship of the French Coordination for the Decade of the culture of peace and non-violence.
Author of the report/ratio “GMO, for what to make? ” (2000) and rapportrice of the Protocol of Kyoto during the ratification to the National Assembly.
