Mariam Budia (Logroño, Rioja, Spain), on March 14th 1970) Writer and Spanish researcher E creative of the theory of the '' Teatro del Desarraigo '' (Theater Of the Uprooting).

Biography

Budia is Doctor in Literature Hispanic within the program “Theory, history and practical of the theater”, Université of Alcalá. Budia is laid off in Dramatic art of the Higher Royal School of Dramatic art, RESAD, and graduate of honor in Music of the Professional Academy of Music of Rioja. Since the year 2000 it is member of MENSA Spain, Mensa International.

Professor of various institutions, Doctor Budia was professor visitor at the University of Foreign Studies of Kobe to the Japan during two years (2004-2006). It organized the commemoration of the " IV Centenary of Don Quichotte” with the sponsorship of the Embassy from Spain to Tokyo. It was at the time of its stay in Japan that she wrote the mujer Sakura , a work which reflects Nipponese esthetics starting from its own dramatic theory.

Its work of researcher led it to collaborate within the group of research GIAE of the University of Alcalá. Moreover, in 2007 it resides at the Center of Art Marnay Art Centers, CAMAC, by developing its research project “Character uprooted theatrical research” with the sponsorship of the Foundation Ténot in the literary discipline of creation.

Budia wrote, in addition to dramatic works and articles of research, of the accounts for the radio. In its youth, it formed part of the group of theater amateur " Teatro Pobre" (Poor Theater), directed by Fernando Gil with the actor Javier Cámara. Mariam Budia completed its first professional work as actress with Antena 3TV in 1992, year during which it also founded the theatrical company inhabitant of Madrid " Factoría Teatro" with other companions of the Workshop of the 4th year of the RESAD.
