Maria Szyszkowska
Maria Szyszkowska (born the October 7th 1937 with Warsaw), Polish political woman
It is a Polish senator, and a author. She is Végétarienne. She was elected with the Polish Senate as a member of the Alliance of the democratic left but is currently independent. She was member of the Alliance of the democratic left and chaired the Ethics committee of this party. In May 2005, it expressed its intention to contribute as an independent candidate to the Polish presidential Election of 2005. It since was supported by Racja, a party Anticlérical of left.
It received a diploma of Droit to the Université of Warsaw in 1961 and received a diploma of Théologie to the catholic Académie the following year. It continued a school career and under the mode Communiste was the subject of restrictions of government in the Seventies to have continued studies in fields which were prohibited. It became Professor at the university of Warsaw in 1993. Between 1993 and 1997 it was used as judge with the court of state of Poland. As senator, it presented the legislative texts for the recognition of the couples of even-sex. It received rewards for its work promoting the tolerance and social acceptance. She was also recognized for her work in the promotion of the rights of the homosexual
