The Margarita is a Cocktail containing Tequila.

Origin

This Cocktail was created in 1948 by Margarita SAMES with Acapulco.

Preparation

The receipt follows the rules of the ABF, (American Bar Foundation) and of the IBA (International Bartenders Association) : To strike following ingredients:

  • 4 Cl of Tequila (to use tequila white, and not tequila reposado)
  • 2 Cl of dry Triple
  • 1 green lemon juice Cl

To be used in glass with margarita frosted for table salt.
