Marga

Mārga (मार्ग in Devanāgarī) this term Sanskrit means “track of antelope literally”; sees, way, street, road.

Five ways (marga) major, which train the Rajah Yoga, can summarize these directions. It is also possible to follow them separately:

  1. Jnana Yoga: Yoga of transcendent Knowledge;
  2. Bhakti yoga: Yoga of the Devotion and the worship;
  3. Karma yoga: Yoga of the Service and the not involved action;
  4. Kriya yoga: Yoga of the Technique, all the techniques of yoga: Hatha Yoga, Kundalini yoga, will tantra it yoga, yoga will nidra;
  5. Rajah yoga: Integral yoga, associating four preceding yogas.”
