Marcus Cornelius Cethegus is a Roman politician of second century BC

In 171 av. J. - C., it is Légat Consul Gaius Cassius Longinus at the time of a war undertaken without the assent of the senate. Two years later, in 169 av. J. - C., it reinforces the colony of Aquileia.

In 160 av. J.C, he is elected consul with Lucius Anicius Gallus.
