Marcus Claudius Marcellus (42 av. J. - C. - 23 av. J. - C.) is the son of Octavie, the sister of Auguste, and Gaius Claudius Marcellus Minor, which was consul in 50 av. J. - C. By his/her father, he goes down from Marcus Claudius Marcellus, the famous general of the Second Punic War.
As a close relative of the emperor, it was a potential successor. In 25 av. J. - C., Marcellus Marie with the girl of Auguste, Julia. In 23 av. J. - C. it is elected municipal official, it falls ill shortly after and dies in Baiae.
