Marcolino Moco

Marcolino Jose Carlos Moco was born the July 19th 1953 in the Province from Huamba.

Deputy with the assembly since 1992, General secretary of the MPLA. He was Prime Minister for the Angola December 2nd 1992 with the June 3rd 1996. Minister for Youth and the Sports.
