Marco Pinotti

Marco Pinotti (born the February 25th 1976 with Osio Sotto, in the Province of Bergamo, in Lombardy -) is a racing cyclist on road Italy N.

Biography

Marco Pinotti began its career in the rows amateurs in 1992, gaining 28 victories in this category. It passed professional to 23 years, in 1999, within the team Lampre.

It is a good runner of against-the-watch. It indeed was champion of Italy of the discipline in 2005 and it finished several other times on the podium.

Moreover, since its pros beginnings it is regularly called in the Italian team for the championship of the world of the against-the-watch, where its best result remains one 10th place in 2000. In addition, it gained a stage of the Tour of Poland in 2000 and one of the Tour of the Pays Basque in 2003.

In 2006, Marco Pinotti finishes in the 3rd place of the 11 {{E}} stage of the Tour of Italy Pontedera - Pontedera (50 km, against-the-watch) behind Jan Ullrich and Ivan Basso.

2007 seems to be its best season after its passage at T-Mobile: 3rd of the 3rd stage of the Turn of Romandie and 2nd of the 7th stage of the Turn of Italy, with the pink shirt with the key, which it will preserve four days.
