Marcello Mimmi
Mgr Marcello Mimmi (July 18th 1882 - March 6th 1961), is a Italian Prélat of the Roman Catholic church which was the secretary of the crowned Congregation of the Roman Consistory; ordered priest on December 23rd, 1905, he taught with the seminar diocesan of Bologna and was chaplain at the time of the First World War. Appointed vice-chancellor of a regional pontifical seminar later, it is devoted bishop of Creamed in 1930, and 1933 appointed archbishop of Bari. Transferred to the archbishop's palace from Naples in 1952, it is created cardinal in 1953. It had been established in Rome in 1957.
