Marcellite Garner

Marcellite Garner (July 3rd 1910, Redlands, California - July 26th 1993) was an actress specialized in doubling primarily known to have been the anglophone voice of Minnie Mouse.

It began its career at 18 years with the film Plane Crazy arisen in sound version the March 17th 1929. For the first cartoon speaking about Mickey Mouse, it was Walt Disney which made the voices of Mickey and Minnie. Then it left the place to Marcellite until February 1939, date on which it is replaced by Thelma Boardman.

It is the mother of the organist Bob Ralston, personality regularly present in the " Lawrence Welk Show".
