Marcel and Jean Lanfranchi
Marcel and Jean Lanfranchi , respectively born in 1921 and 1923 with Tunis, are two brothers Football eurs of Corsica origin who knew a similar career.
Selected in the team of Tunisia, the elder one, the right, junior, interior winger on the same side, play after their demobilization in championship of France amateur to Cazères where they are retained for the Olympic Games of London in 1948. Noticed by the Toulouse Football Club, they constitute there, in the Années 1950, with Cammarata and the Yugoslavian Golob, the attack queen of the club.
Wounded with the meniscus, Marcel completes his career with Perpignan then as trainer and player with Tarascon-on-Ariège, Bagnères-with-Luchon and Cazères. He finishes 7th striker ex-aequo Championnat of France of D1 football 1949-50.
As for Jean, after two seasons under the shirt of the Olympic of Marseilles, it bids its farewell with the active sport after five years as trainer and player with Saint-Gaudens.
