Marcel Willard

Marcel Willard , born on July 25th, 1889 and deceased on February 17th, 1956, is a French lawyer and politician.

Lawyer at the Court of Appeal, it adheres to the French Communist party in 1923. With the Release, he becomes General secretary with Justice and will be one of the founders of the Social security.

He is elected senator by the National Assembly of 1946 to 1948.
