Appointed of High-Vienna (1967-1968, 1973-1981, then 1986-1988)
- communist Minister of professional training in the Government Pierre Mauroy (2) and Government Pierre Mauroy (3) of 1981 with 1984.
After having left the Communist party it creates the ADS (Alternate Democracy Socialism, member of the Convention for an alternative progressist) with his friends of Limoges, many to have given up the federation of High-Vienna.
