Marcel Neven (Aimed, on August 27th, 1943) is a Belgian Politician , member of the reforming Mouvement.

It is appointed Walloon, burgomaster of Visé and vice-president of the Council of the Teaching of the Communes and the Provinces.

It sat during the 47e legislature of the Room of the Representatives of Belgium.
