Marcel Cavaillé
Marcel Cavaillé is a Politician French center born on February 3rd, 1927 with Lisle-on-Tarn (Tarn).
This engineer with EDF was the substitute for Pierre Baudis with the legislative elections of 1962,1967 and 1968. He is at the origin of the creation of the Transport ticket and a contest of projects having led to the reintroduction of the tram in France, known under the name of Concours Cavaillé.
