Marc Viénot

Marc Viénot (born on November 1st 1928 with Paris -) is a senior official and leader of French bank.

After studies with the Institute of political studies of the University of Paris (promotion Public service 1948) and the National school of administration, it integrates the tax inspectorate of which it is detached with the General society in 1974. He becomes the chairman in 1986 about it. He is one of the principal speakers who ruins the tender offer on the large bank of deposit by the Pebereau group in 1988. He was accused to have enfreint the law on the business firms but finally amnestied.

He sits at the board of directors of Vivendi Universal and tries in 2003 to protect his friend J2M.

He was three-quarter of Rugby and is amateur large cigars.

He is president de Paris Europlace.
