Marc Tessier

Marc Tessier , born in 1946 with Paris, is a senior official French, president of France Televisions of 1999 to 2005.

Biography

Polytechnicien, it is allowed in 1969 with the National school of administration. In parallel, he is joint author into 1971 of a book on the municipal experiment of the Action group. He will leave the ENA as a tax inspector.
