Marc Tessier , born in 1946 with Paris, is a senior official French, president of France Televisions of 1999 to 2005.
Biography
Polytechnicien, it is allowed in 1969 with the National school of administration. In parallel, he is joint author into 1971 of a book on the municipal experiment of the Action group. He will leave the ENA as a tax inspector.Passing in the Private sector, in 1982, it integrates Havas, near André Rousselet, a close relation of François Mitterrand, then takes part in its sides with the launching of Canal+.

He leaves France Televisions at the end of his mandate in 2005, and Patrick de Carolis succeeds on July 6th, 2005 to him.
